Stay in this position for a few seconds and breathe deeply. Do this for 2-3 minutes. This exercise reduces eye fatigue and relaxes them. Doing this after watching the screen for a long time gives immediate relief to the eyes.

2. Blinking- To maintain moisture in the eyes

Blink your eyes rapidly for 10-15 seconds. Then close your eyes and relax for a few seconds. Repeat this process 4-5 times. Blinking exercise keeps the eyes moist and prevents dry eye syndrome. This is very beneficial for those who spend a lot of time on the screen.

3. Focus change - to sharpen vision

Hold a pen or finger in your hand and place it in front of your eyes. Now slowly bring it towards your nose and then take it back. During this, keep your eyes focused on the pen continuously. Repeat this process 5-10 times. This exercise improves the focusing ability of the eyes and helps in overcoming the problem of blurred vision.

4. Eye rolling – to strengthen the eye muscles

Rotate your eyes first to the right and then to the left. Then move them up and down. Repeat this process 5-5 times. This exercise strengthens the eye muscles and increases their efficiency. It also helps in reducing vision impairment.

5. 8 Shape Exercise – For Eye Movement

Make an imaginary number 8 in front of you and trace it with your eyes. First look at the 8 in one direction, then in the other direction. You have to repeat this process 4-5 times. This exercise improves the movement of the eyes and makes them more flexible.

Avoid rubbing your eyes frequently. Take breaks from digital screens every once in a while. Drink more water to keep your eyes hydrated. Eat green leafy vegetables and foods rich in vitamin A. Get a good night's sleep so that your eyes can rest.
