Viewers were excited upon hearing that star actors Harshad Chopda and Shivangi Joshi were going to come together again for Ekta Kapoor’s new TV serial, Baaharein. The two actors had already worked together in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, where Shivangi was the leading lady in the second-generation track and Harshad was one of the lead actors in the third-generation plot. Their undeniable chemistry on-screen left fans longing for a collaboration, and the news of them joining forces for Ekta Kapoor’s show caused a wave of excitement.

But the latest news indicates that Shivangi is no longer going to be the lead opposite Harshad in Baaharein. It’s now heard that Shivangi will come together with her Yeh Rishta co-star, Mohsin Khan, for a new high-profile show, Jhanak. The series will jump a leap, and the much-loved on-screen pairing of Shivangi and Mohsin could be back again to entertain the audience. Their pairing for Jhanak is said to be finalized, though there is no official announcement made as yet.

With Shivangi likely to return to work with Mohsin, one wonders if she will remain a part of Baaharein with Harshad. If she does return to Jhanak, the fans might lose out on the new pairing of Shivangi and Harshad in Ekta Kapoor’s highly anticipated show.

Shifting Casts and Uncertain Futures

Earlier, there were also reports that Yeh Hai Mohabbatein actors Divyanka Tripathi and Karan Patel would be featured in Ekta’s show, but the plans were later shifted. Actress Pranali Rathod was also in the race for the lead role against Harshad in Baaharein, but she is presently a part of Kumkum Bhagya. With all these developments, it is to be seen whether Baaharein will have the new combination of Harshad and Shivangi or if we get to see the comeback of the favorite Mohsin-Shivangi jodi in Jhanak. Fans are waiting with bated breath for the confirmation of these developments.
