Follow these simple steps to book your train ticket using the AskDisha chatbot:
Visit the IRCTC website or open the IRCTC mobile app.
Click on the AskDisha option.
Alternatively, access AskDisha through IRCTC’s X account (formerly Twitter) or WhatsApp.
Start the conversation by saying “Hello” or “Ticket Book”.
The chatbot will recognize your request and ask for travel details.
Mention the departure station and destination station.
Specify the date of travel.
