Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor who welcomed their daughter Raha in 2022 are hands-on parents cherishing every moment with their little one. Now Alia has hinted that they might be planning for a second baby -and the most exciting part? They’ve already picked a name! During her appearance on Jay Shetty’s podcast Alia shared the sweet story behind naming their daughter. She revealed that before Raha was born she and Ranbir were eagerly asking their family for both boy and girl name suggestions. Amid multiple options they instantly fell in love with a boy’s name and decided to keep it in mind for the future. While Alia didn’t reveal the boy’s name she shared how Ranbir’s mother Neetu Kapoor suggested the name Raha for their daughter. “It means peace joy and bliss all the things she brings into our lives” Alia said with a smile. Interestingly Neetu also mentioned that Raha would pair beautifully with the boy’s name they had chosen in case they ever had a son. Though Alia didn’t confirm any immediate plans for baby number two fans are already excited about the possibility of another little Kapoor joining the family! On the work front Bhatt was last seen in Jigra and is currently filming Alpha a YRF spy thriller alongside Sharvari and Bobby Deol. She will also reunite with Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love and War.
