Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak ordered an inquiry to Additional Director, Medical Health and Family Welfare Lucknow division. Additional Director ordered Rae Bareli CMO Dr. Naveen Chandra to investigate the case in three days. The CMO constituted a three -member inquiry committee, which included Additional Chief Medical Officer Dr. Arvind Kumar, Superintendent of Jatuatappa Community Health Center, Dr. Brajesh Kumar and District Health Education Officer DS Asthana. Negligence was revealed in the committee's investigation.
Based on the report of the inquiry committee, the deputy CM recommended the CMO to take action against the three. Dr. Ambika Prakash, Deputy Chief Medical Officer and Nodal Officer of District Divyang Board, has been removed from the headquarters. He has been posted at the Jatuatappa Community Health Center. Data entry operator Anukant Anand has been removed from UDID work.
He has been sent to the original deployment site. The inquiry committee recommended the suspension of class IV employee Anil Kumar. Anil Kumar has been suspended on the recommendation of the committee. He has been associated with Belabhela Community Health Center.
