A good memory not only makes everyday tasks easier, but also helps to preserve special moments of life. Our mind and memory play an important role in deciding how much we can move in life.

But due to today's run -of -the -mill life and bad lifestyle, memory is getting weaker. Many times some of our wrong habits negatively affect the functioning of the brain.

Not to sleep enough

Lack of sleep causes the most damage to your memory.

When we sleep, the brain processes the whole day's information and stores memories.
If you do not sleep for 7-8 hours, then the brain is not able to rest properly and gradually the problem of memory loss starts.
Solution: Take at least 7-8 hours of deep sleep daily.

Unhealthy diet can weaken brain function

Excess junk food, fried food and sweet food can be harmful to your memory.

Processed food and sugar -rich diet can cause inflammation in the brain, which can weaken memory and focus.
Especially transfrity of trans fat and high salt affects brain function.
Solution: Green vegetables, nuts, omega-3-containing foods (eg walnuts, linseed seeds) and healthy diet.
