Ingredients required to make these 3 very useful medicines:
250 grams of fenugreek seeds
100 grams celery
50 grams black cumin (see below for more information)
Clean the above three things and bake it lightly (do not bake too much) and make powder in the mixer and fill it in a glass bottle or jar.
One spoon powder should be taken with a glass of lukewarm water before going to bed at night. It is very important to take it with hot water and do not eat anything after taking it. People of all ages can take this powder.

Kaliziri is known in Ayurveda by the names Somaraja, Somaraja, Vanjirak, Tiktazik, Aranyajrik, Krishnapal etc. In Hindi language it is called Kaliziri, Bakchi and Somaraji in Bengal.
Kaliziri is different from any other type of cumin. In English it is called Purple Flabane but this nigella is completely different from Nigela Sativa. Kalonji is also called Black Cumin in English. Similarly, Bakchi or Somaraji is the seed of another plant, Sorralia Korilifolia.
Many Ayurveda experts consider Sorella Korilifolia as Bawchi or Somaraji, but in Bengal, Kalijiri is known and used as Someraji.
The taste of Kalizeri is bitter and its smell is very strong, so it is not used to cook any kind of food. It is used only as a medicine. Its name in Latin is Centrthrum Antigenticum or Vernia Antigenticum.
In its scientific name, 'Anthelminticum' shows its main Ayurvedic use. Anthelminticum means destroying parasites from the body. In Ayurveda, it is used as an anthelmintic.
Skin diseases like leukoderma, white stains, itching, eczema etc. are treated by its use and external use. It is also applied on a snake or scorpion bite. Kaliziri bush is found on fallow land across the country. Its leaves are surgery. After the rainy season, there are buds that contain black seeds.
Black cumin is small in size and spicy in taste and pungent. Its fruit is bitter. It is nutritious and warm nature. It destroys phlegm and air and stimulates the mind and brain. By using it, stomach worms are destroyed and blood is purified. Its use is also beneficial in skin itching and vomiting.
It cures skin diseases, induces urination and makes the uterus clean and healthy. It cures leprosy, wounds and fever. It is also beneficial on snake bites or other poisonous creatures bite.
Take 1-3 grams of it. Do not use more quantity than this.
