Gladiators returned for the highly coveted quarter-final on Saturday night, and the previous contestants returned to take on more challenges.
The male contestants took on their first challenge with Unleash. Contestant Lewis ran as Hammer tried to chase him across an obstacle course.
Lewis successfully retrieved a flag and jumped into a pit before Hammer could reach him, filling him with joy.
However, referee Mark Clattenberg had to review the footage before revealing: "I can confirm that you did it, and I can give you ten points."
Host Bradley Walsh shot back: "I'm not being funny but I could have told you that, could have saved you faffing around on the telly."

Mark wasn't having any of it and came up to Bradley to say: "Bradley, I'm the referee of the arena, any more of your back chat and I'll send you out of the arena."
The crowd began booing as Bradley started pulling funny faces before Mark instructed one of his referees to go and speak to him.
Assistant referee Sonia Mkoloma approached the host and expressed: "Less back chat before she and Lee Phillips jokingly escorted him away.
As he was carted off, he shouted: "Ten points for Lewis, ten points for Lewis, I say," as footage cut to Hammer returning to the changing room to speak to his fellow Gladiators.
Fans at home couldn't get enough of the action and flocked to X, formerly known as , to share their reactions to the exchange.
One viewer commented, "That's Bradley being told off by Mark Clattenberg. Anyway, it's time for The Wall #Gladiators."
Another person expressed: "#Gladiators Ooh, Mark telling off Bradley! Get him out of here!"
Somebody else asked: "Mr Clattenberg can get rid of the hosts? #Gladiators."
Yet another fan said: "Lewis held on to the flag... JUST! 10 points for him and a WARNING for Bradley! #Gladiators."
Lewis, unfortunately, was unable to beat fellow competitor Joe and missed out on a place in the next round of the competition.
Gladiators continues next Saturday at 7pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer
