Laxman Utekar’s Chhaava starring Vicky Kaushal, Akshaye Khanna and Rashmika Mandanna recently became the eighth Indian film to hit Rs 500 crore at the Hindi box office.
The film has collected Rs 516.40 crore in Hindi and Rs 522.34 crore at the all-India box office which includes biz from the dubbed Telugu version as well.

Two months before Chhaava, Rashmika Mandanna starred in the much-awaited Telugu mass action entertainer Pushpa 2: The Rule which became the third biggest grosser of Indian cinema at the worldwide box office out of which Rs 830 crore came from Hindi version alone.
And a year before Pushpa 2: The Rule, Rashmika Mandanna starred in Animal starring Ranbir Kapoor. The Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial became the biggest A-rated blockbuster of Indian cinema earning Rs 505 crore approx in Hindi and Rs 556.36 crore all-India including Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada versions.

The AR Murugadoss film is expected to be out on March 30, 2025, and is expected to be the fourth Rs 500 crore grosser for Rashmika as a leading actress in Indian cinema. If this happens, she will go leaps and bounds ahead of her contemporaries.
