Vidarbha farmers will be welfare, Patanjali will do this like this

Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari said on Sunday that the new Patanjali food and herbal park in Nagpur will bring relief for the farmers of Vidarbha region. Significantly, there have been many incidents of farmer suicides in this area.

Gadkari and Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis inaugurated the food park in Mihan, Nagpur. Patanjali Ayurved co-founder Ramdev and its managing director Acharya Balakrishna were present on the occasion.

Orange farmers will benefit

Gadkari informed about the steps taken by them for the good of the orange farmers in Vidarbha. He also informed about the measures taken to ensure a good price of yield along with improving the production and quality of fruits in the area. Gadkari, who represented Nagpur Lok Sabha seat, said, the new park will bring relief for the farmers of Vidarbha region, where many cases of farmers' suicides have been reported.

Fadnavis said, I think this center (park) will prove to be a boon not only for this project, but for all the farmers growing orange. Fadnavis said that the plant will be sorted, grading and storage in the plant. Also, fruits will be fully processed including peels and seeds.

Patanjali broke the record of earning

Baba Ramdev's FMCG company Patanjali Foods, who made everyday use items, has broken the record of earnings. Patanjali Foods' net profit increased by 71.29 percent to Rs 370.93 crore in the third quarter ended December of the current financial year.

The company had a net profit of Rs 216.54 crore in the same quarter of the last financial year. The company's total income increased to Rs 9,103.13 crore in the current financial year October-December quarter, which was Rs 7,910.70 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year. In the said period, the company's expenditure increased to Rs 8,652.53 crore, which was Rs 7,651.51 crore in the same period of the previous financial year.
