Shaista said that if you want to lose weight as soon as possible, then remove white salt from the diet, and the actress also told about the damage to her body.
Shaista said that the use of salt is necessary, but the nature and quantity of salt should be taken care of. They suggest that if you stop eating white salt completely for three days, you will lose at least 1.5 kg as it reduces water weight, and relieves bloating.
The actress suggested using Himalayan salt, Lahori salt or pink salt and said that they should also be used in a moderate amount as eating too much salt has bad effects on mental health and makes the body feel bloated.
Shaista advises to consume moderate amounts of standard salt for a healthy lifestyle.
