He had an incredible journey during the show. In the first episode, he is told that his food is unpalatable, but he eventually learns, and his dish becomes 'unbeatable'.

The judges have repeatedly lauded him for his presentation and cooking talents. He did an excellent job recreating Chef Ranveer's Dakshin Express and received a lot of acclaim. Now, news that he won the show has surprised everyone.
