3 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup onion
2 cup chicken broth
Salt
1/4 cup water
170 grams cake cheese
1/4 tbsp corn starch
1/2 cup celery
2 cups whipped cream

Wash the broccoli in flowing water and cut it into small pieces. Soak them in salt water for 5 minutes until the salt dissolves. Then take water and keep the cauliflower separate.
