The American agency FBI has issued a warning on this, stating that many things are hidden in the online converter, which can make you a victim of scam.
FBI has said that using these free websites can be more harmful than benefits. The agency's assistant special agent Marwin Masse said that downloading the file from these converters is the risk of installing malware in the system, which can give hackers an access to your network or system, with the help of which they can do data theft and ransomware attacks etc. These malware can steal personal information like user's email address, credit card info and password etc.
