The Takdirwala was a Hindi remake of the Telugu film 'Yamleela'. In this, Raveena's opposite South actor Daggubati Venkatesh worked. Sharing the story of the shooting of this film, Raveena had told, "We (Raveena and Venkatesh) were in Mauritius to shoot five songs of the film. Only 9 crew members went with us. I was surprised because there was a crew of only 9 people, neither light nor generator was arranged from above. The songs were shot with two baby lights and reflectors, but still you look at their quality. " The actress had told, these songs were shot by Cinematographer K Ravindra Babu. He had said, 'I can never forget it.'
Raveena further said, "Here (Bollywood) has 200 crew members with us on international outdoor shooting. I think what so many people need. While in South, he was shot with 9 crew members. " Raveena was comparing the way Bollywood and South Film Industry work directly here. According to him, where there is excellent work with low resources, less people and low budget in South, then it is not seen in Bollywood.
