Pediatrician Dr Balmukund died in a road accident on the Bakhtiyarpur four lane. An overbridge is being constructed at a place between Mokama and Bakhtiyarpur. Vehicles drive on the wrong lane for some distance there. During this time, a car coming from the front collided with Dr Balmukund's car. He died on the spot in this accident. His wife died a year ago.
About a year ago, his wife Dr. Amrita died of dengue. They have three small children, two daughters and a son. His elderly father is also ill. Shivprakash Bhardwaj, director of the city's Bhardwaj Gurukul, said that Dr. Balmukund somehow survived a horrific road accident in 2017, but his mother died. His wife died on Diwali day in 2023 and now he lost his life in another road accident.

Whenever there was a need, Dr. Balmukund and his wife stood for help. They were a strong support not only for their family but also for hundreds of people. He said, "I cannot understand why time was so cruel to them. On getting information about this incident, a wave of mourning has spread in Begusarai city. The Holi Milan function organized by the doctors has also been canceled. At present, there is mourning among the people in Begusarai after the death of Dr. Balmukund in the accident.
