According to jagran.com, Patanjali Group would notify the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) once the procedure is finished, from planning to allocation. The Patanjali Group was granted the right to sublease 20% of the property under the conditions of the allotment; however, there was a requirement that only facilities linked to food processing and agricultural products be established on these plots.

The Patanjali Group will provide plots for sale at authority rates.
At the 83rd Yamuna Authority board meeting, it was resolved to provide the Patanjali Group the authority to distribute plots by introducing a plot plan, despite the fact that a committee headed by the CEO of YEIDA was established to oversee the allocation process. In accordance with the established terms, Patanjali Group will sell the plots at the going prices fixed by the authorities.

Yamuna Authority will need to be paid the sum that was obtained as the difference between the allocation rate and the selling rate. The Authority is receiving internal development work on the allocated land in exchange.

The Reaction of Yamuna Authorities
According to Dr. Arunvir Singh, CEO of the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA), Patanjali Group has been authorized to design and sell industrial plots under certain guidelines. On the remaining area, Patanjali Group is constructing a food and herbal park in addition to the sublease. According to jagran.com, production will shortly begin and job possibilities will be available.
