It is the decision of the Congress government of Karnataka to give panels to office at taluka level as well.

It is proposed to give 40 thousand rupees every month to the president of the panel, 10 thousand rupees to the vice presidents. Also, there is talk of paying a salary of 25 thousand rupees to the presidents of taluka level. Members will be given 1200 and 1100 per meeting.
