Holi Special Gulab Barfi Recipe: Gulab Barfi is a delicious dessert, which is perfect for a special occasion like Holi. Material (Holi Special Gulab Barfi Recipe)

  • Milk powder – 1 cup
  • Milk – 1/2 cup
  • Ghee – 1/4 cup
  • Chinese – 1/2 cup
  • Water – 1/4 cup
  • Rose water – 1/4 tsp
  • Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Chopped pistachios – 1/4 cup
  • Some rose petals (for decoration)
  • Saffron – 1/4 tsp

Method (Holi Special Gulab Barfi Recipe)

  • First, heat ghee in a non-stick pan. When the ghee is hot, add milk and mix it well.
  • Now slowly add milk powder and mix well, so that kernels do not form. Allow this mixture to cook on low flame.
  • After this, add sugar and water and cook it continuously. Allow the mixture to boil and when it starts getting thick, add rose water and cardamom powder to it.
  • Allow the mixture to cook for a while. When it becomes a little thick, add saffron to it. This rose will give a special fragrance to Barfi.
  • When the mixture becomes very thick and leaves the edge of the pan, spread it in a plate with ghee and allow it to be set well.
  • When the barfi is set, decorate with chopped pistachios and rose petals from above.
  • After setting the barfi, cut into small pieces and serve it after cooling.
