After the complaint, a police team reached the hotel and investigated there. The women said that they will not limit themselves to just a police complaint, but will also file a complaint with the food department, so that strict action is taken against the hotel owner and management. They say that if such negligence continues, people's health will continue to be compromised. Therefore, it is necessary to teach a lesson to the entire hotel staff.

Complainant Jyoti Konde says that she had gone out with her friends on International Women's Day. She decided to go to Purple Butterfly Hotel for dinner. There she ordered many types of dishes. While she was eating Manchurian, she suddenly saw a baby rat in it. Seeing this, all the women panicked and immediately complained to the hotel manager. But the hotel staff tried to escape by blaming each other. They started serving other dishes, but the women got angry with this negligence and went to the police station and filed a case against the hotel.
