Ingredients
Paneer – 300 grams
Pickle Masala – 3 Table Spoon
Curd – 1/2 cup
Endured Drought Coriander – 1 Table Spoon
Methidana – 1/2 tsp
Calonji – 1/2 tsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste-1 Table Spoon
Mustard powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/4 tsp
Turmeric – A pinch
Mint leaves
Salt – as per taste
Recipe
First take a pan and keep it on medium flame. Add coriander, fenugreek seeds and fennel standing in it and fry for 5 minutes, then let it cool.
Now take a vessel and mix curd, red chili, mustard powder, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric and pickle and mix it.
After this, either grind the first roasted spices or grind coarsely with the help of a mixer.
Now mix these spices in a mixture of curd and other spices. Mix them well with the help of a spoon.
Now take the cheese and cut it square. Add these pieces to the prepared mixture of curd and keep them for half an hour to marinate.
Now take a nonstick pan and heat it by adding oil. During this time, put a toothpick in the paneer pieces and put them to fry after the oil is hot.
– Fry the sticks well in between. Bake it until it turns golden brown.
– In this way Paneer Tikka is ready. It can be served with chutney, sauce or curd.
