Sameera Reddy spoke on her 'misunderstanding' about weight training

Mumbai, March 13 (IANS). Sameera Reddy told about her misunderstanding about weight training i.e. exercise to lift weight. Sameera Reddy has worked in films like “Maine Dil Tujhko Diya”, “Race” and “Musafir”. He has done weight training several times for fitness.

Sameera is also focusing on her fitness these days. She shared a video on social media platform Instagram, in which she is seen doing landmine Sumo squats in the gym.

He wrote in the caption – “A follower asked if I did a workout today? Now when the question came, I had to show evidence too.”

Sameera further explained that she always felt that lifting weight makes the body heavy and thicker, but in reality it is just an illusion. In reality, lifting weight strengthens muscles, intensifies metabolism and increases the strength of the body, and does not increase obesity.

He said – “I used to think that the body becomes heavy due to weight training, but now it is understood that it is a very big misunderstanding.”

Sameer is one of the few Indian actresses who have worked in more than six languages. Before appearing in films, he worked in 1997 in Ghazal singer Pankaj Udhas's music video “Ahista”.

After this, he entered Bollywood and played an important role in “Maine Dil Tujhko Dia” in 2002. In 2004, she appeared in “Musafir” alongside Anil Kapoor, Aditya Pancholi and Koena Mitra.

He has also been a tremendous fan following in South India. There he made his debut with “Waranam Ayiram” and worked in many hit films like “Darna Mana Hai”, “Jai Chiranjeeiva”, “Taxi Number 9211”, “Ashok”, “Race”, “De Dana Dan”, “Access”, “Vetty” and “Tej”.

His last film was “Vardhanayak”, an action film released in 2013. It was directed by Ayyappa P. Sharma and also consisted of Sudeep, Chiranjeevi Sarja and Nikesha Patel.

In 2014, Sameer married businessman Akshay Verde. They now have a son and a daughter.
