Special Holi Shole Recipe: The festival of Holi is going on, in this season, everyone seeks ways to make the festival special, for this, everyone's mind does some spicy, crispy and tasty food as soon as we weekend comes. Curd dishes are tried due to heat. Sholay has been very good news for the fond of eating, where you can prepare soft and crispy sholay without curd. Know the easy method of making Sholay

Material

Potato-2 (boiled)
Pea-half cup
Capsicum- 1
Onion-
Ginger-garlic paste- 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder- half teaspoon
Garam Masala- Half a teaspoon
Chaat Masala- Half a teaspoon
Green Coriander- 1 teaspoon
Bread Curbs- 2 Tsp
Salt- as per taste

Bread Sholay Method

1- First of all, prepare the above mentioned ingredients. Then add mashed potatoes, boiled peas, onions, capsicum, ginger-garlic paste and all spices in a bowl.
2- Add bread crumbs or cornflour to it and mix well, so that the mixture becomes band. Make small cylinders or roll shapes with this mixture.
3- Cut the edge of the bread slices and roll them lightly, so that they become thin. Now make thin slurry by mixing maida and water in a bowl.
4- Place the prepared stuffing on one side of the bread. Roll the bread with light hands and stick the shore flour slurry.
5-Prepare all the bread slices in this way. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the prepared rolls on medium flame till golden brown and crispy.
To ensure that there is not too much oily, take out the tissue paper. Now serve it with chutney or curd.
