Material (Beetroot Kheer Recipe)

  • Beetroot – 1 cup (grated)
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Sugar – 1/2 cup
  • cardamom powder – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Ghee – 2 tablespoons
  • Cashew Almonds and pistachios -10-12 (chopped)
  • Raisin – 1 tablespoon

Method (Beetroot Kheer Recipe)

  • First of all, wash the beetroot thoroughly and grate it. Then heat the ghee in a pan and add grated beet its and fry it lightly. Fry it for 2-3 minutes, so that its rawness goes away.
  • Now add milk to it and let it cook on medium flame. When milk comes to a boil, cook it until it is mixed well.
  • When the milk remains half, add sugar to it and mix well. When the sugar dissolves completely, add cardamom powder and mix well.
  • Bake cashews, almonds and pistachios in a separate pan and then put it in kheer. If you want, you can also mix raisins.
  • Cook the kheer for 5-10 minutes, then turn off the gas. Serve it hot or cold and enjoy taste!
