Bollywood actor Ibrahim Ali Khan has found himself embroiled in controversy following an alleged response to a critical review of his debut film, Nadaaniyan.

Pakistani film critic Tamur Iqbal recently shared a screenshot on Instagram allegedly revealing a direct message from Khan.

The message was a harsh rebuttal to Iqbal's review of the film.

In the screenshot, Khan's message read, "Ugly goddamn piece of sh*t I feel bad for you and your family."

'I'll make sure I leave you uglier...'

In the now-viral screenshot, Khan's message further read, "Tamur almost like Taimoor... you got my brother's name. Guess what you don't got? His face. You ugly piece of trash. Since you can't keep your words to yourself, don't bother, they're irrelevant just like you."

"Ugly goddamn piece of sh*t...I feel bad for you and your family...and if I see you on the streets one day, I'll make sure I leave you uglier than you are...you walking piece of scum."

Replying to Khan's message, Iqbal wrote, "Hahahahaha see that's my man. This is the guy I want to see in the movie."

"Not that fake cornetto mushy cringy human. But hey yes that nose job comment was in bad taste. Rest I totally own up. Massive fan of your dad, don't let him down."

Iqbal also revealed Khan allegedly blocked him on Instagram post this interaction.

Nadaaniyan, co-starring Khushi Kapoor, was released on Netflix on March 7.
