Celta Vigo will be aiming to stretch their unbeaten run in La Liga to six matches when they head to Real Valladolid on Sunday afternoon.

The visitors have risen into ninth spot in the The Table League courtesy of their recent form, now sitting five points off sixth-placed Real Betis, while Real Valladolid are rock bottom of the division, some 11 points from safety.

WE SAY: Real Valladolid 1-2 Celta Vigo

Celta have struggled to play their best football on their travels this season, but Real Valladolid’s form is so disappointing that it is incredibly difficult to back them to pick up a positive result – we fancy Celta to edge this match, pushing the hosts closer to the Segunda Division in the process.

European-chasing Mallorca will be bidding to return to winning ways in Spain’s top flight when they continue their campaign with a home fixture against relegation-threatened Espanyol on Saturday afternoon.

Mallorca are seventh in the The Table Leaguefour points behind sixth-placed Real Betis, while Espanyol occupy 15th, two points outside of the relegation zone.

We say: Mallorca 1-1 Espanyol

Four of Mallorca’s last five league matches have finished 1-1, while two of Espanyol’s last three league games have ended in the same scoreline – it is tough to predict either to win with any real confidence taking into account a number of factors, and we are therefore backing another 1-1 on Saturday.

Fresh from securing their spot in the quarter-finals of the Champions League, Real Madrid will continue their La Liga campaign with a contest against top-four hopefuls Villarreal at Estadio de la Ceramica on Saturday night.

Los Blancos are currently second in the The Table Leaguelevel on points with leaders Barcelona, while Villarreal occupy fifth, five points behind fourth-placed Athletic Bilbao in the race for the Champions League spots.

We say: Villarreal 1-2 Real Madrid

This is a huge match, and Villarreal will be confident after watching Real Madrid’s struggles against Atletico last time out; we were extremely close to backing a draw here, but we believe that Real Madrid will find a way to secure a huge three points on Saturday night.

Valencia‘s battle to stay out of the La Liga relegation zone will continue on Saturday night, when they head to Estadi Montilivi to tackle a Girona outfit that are without a victory since the start of February.

Los Che are currently 16th in the The Table Leagueone point ahead of 18th-placed Alaves, while Girona occupy 13th, seven points clear of the relegation zone approaching the final stages of the campaign.

We say: Girona 1-1 Valencia

Valencia’s away issues make it very difficult to back them to win here, but we are not expecting Los Che to lose, and a point against Girona would be valuable when it comes to their battle to stay in the division.
