New Delhi. Police arrested three accused from Bihar in the case of grenade attack on the temple Thakurdwara in the Khand area in Amritsar, Punjab. Although the accused who attacked, are still out of police custody, the arrested accused are associated with them.
Accused of accused from Madhopur, resident of Amritsar
These accused have been arrested by the police from Madhopur district of Bihar. The three accused are residents of Amritsar and their names are Karanvir Yadav Mukesh Kumar Yadav and Sajan Singh. All three terrorist organizations work for Babbar Khalsa International. These accused had provided grenades to carry out the incident. All these were trying to flee to Nepal.
Police became active soon after the incident
Police Commissioner Gurpreet Singh Collar said that soon after the incident, he became active in the team. On March 7, two accused were caught from whom grenades and narcotics were recovered, on the basis of questioning, they came to know about these three.
Amritsar can be brought by Sunday
Investigations have yet been revealed from the arrested accused that the accused Karanvir Yadav was in contact with Babbar Khalsa International and earlier also cases of grenade, pistol, narcotics have been registered at Sarhali police station in Taran Taran. These accused will be brought to Amritsar by Sunday morning. After that it will be intensively questioned. Initial investigation has revealed that the three had provided grenades for the grenade attack on the temple Thakurdwara last night.
