Material (Makhane ki kheer recipe)
- Makhana (Fox Nuts) – 1 Cup
- Ghee – 2 table spoon
- Milk – 1 cup
- Sugar-2-3 tablespoons
- Cashew, almonds, pistachios (chopped) – 1 table spoon
- Cardamom Powder – 1/4 T Spoon
- Saffron (if if it) – some stars

Method (Makhane ki kheer recipe)
- First of all, wash and wipe the makhans thoroughly. Now heat 1 table spoon ghee in a pan. Put the makhanas in this hot ghee and fry it on medium heat, until they become crisp. This process can last for 5-7 minutes. Keep the roasted makhans separate.
- Now add 1 table spoon ghee in the same pan. Add chopped fruits (cashews, almonds, pistachios) and fry it a little. Now add the makhana and mix it a little.
- Then add 1 cup of milk and let it boil. Makhane in milk will dissolve well and soft. When the milk is almost absorbed, add sugar and mix it well. Let the sugar cook until it dissolves completely.
- Then add cardamom powder and saffron and mix the pudding well and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
If the pudding becomes thick well, turn off the gas. Hot Makhana Halwa is ready. Serve it by decorating it with chopped fruits.
