The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) has claimed carrying out a 'Fidayee' attack targeting a convoy of the Pakistan Army in Noshki district that killed 90 military personnel.
In a press release, the official media cell of BLA said, “The Majeed Brigade, the Fidayeen unit of the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA), targeted a convoy of the occupying Pakistani military a few hours ago in a VBIED Fidayee attack near Rakhshan Mill on the RCD Highway in Noshki. The convoy consisted of eight buses, one of which was completely destroyed in the explosion.”
“Immediately after the attack, the Fateh Squad of the BLA advanced and completely surrounded another bus, systematically eliminating all military personnel on board, bringing the total number of enemy casualties to 90. The BLA accepts responsibility for the attack,” it added.
Earlier this week, the BLA targeted and hijacked the Jaffar Express train, which was carrying over 450 passengers from southwest Quetta city to northwest Peshawar, where several Pakistani soldiers and hostages were killed.
