has left fans stunned after sharing a sweaty post-workout snap - but not everyone was impressed with his transformation. The TV presenter, 59, posed in a boxing gym with his arms crossed in front of two heavy bags, looking flushed after an intense training session. Dressed in a blue sleeveless top, Morgan flexed his arms and shared his fitness journey with his followers.
Captioning the post, he wrote: "Fitness Uncensored: Sweat, pain, fast improving jab, and eye-of-the-tiger pugilist face by @boxcleverldn (thanks @pete_boxcleverldn) Guns by @roarfitnessldn (thanks @roarfitness_james @roarfitnessgirl) Stomach by Chateau Batailley." However, it wasn't long before social media users flooded the comments section with their own take on Piers' latest look. One joked: "Step aside Rocky, there's a new champ town." A second added: "Bet he hits like keir starmer."
Others questioned his posing technique, with one critic calling him out: "Stop putting your hands under your biceps to make them seem bigger!"
But it wasn't all jabs - some fans did offer encouragement, with one writing: "You Have Definitely Been Putting In That Work .. The #RESULTS Speak For Themselves."
The star looked to be blowing off some steam after an epic showdown on his streaming show, Piers Morgan Uncensored.
Boxers Conor Benn was seen ready to fight bitter rival Chris Eubank Jr in the middle of the broadcast as tensions boiled over between the pair. The two are set to come together at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on April 26.
The atmosphere was tense throughout, with Eubank saying: "No one else can touch me. And if they do, there'll be consequences."
Benn, 28, hit back: "Consequences to what? If I was to slap you right now what you gonna do?," before he lunged towards his rival, who challenged him with the reply: "Go on, go ahead."
Benn continued to lunge at Eubank, with two members of security getting between the two. The former said: "You f***ed up talking about my dad." Eubank then made sure he got the final word in by saying: "You f***ed up by taking this fight."
Morgan has since given an insight into the atmosphere between the two bitter rivals. He said: "It was fascinating. It was probably the most tense interview I think I've ever conducted, with two guys sitting next to each other I was told I had to have security between them.
"I thought it was all a bit theatrical. They went: 'No you don't understand, these guys really do hate each other and if you're not careful they could just literally start winding into each other', which very nearly happened.
"They squared off at one stage. I thought they're actually going to have a fight right here in the studio. They really loathe each other and a lot of that is down to the 30-year history between their families."
