During the conference, Kwon Young Chan presented Kim Sae Ron's personal diary, which reportedly contains detailed records of her relationship with Kim Soo Hyun. The controversy began when YouTuber Lee Jin Ho claimed Kim Sae Ron fabricated the dating rumours. He released a video suggesting she made up the relationship, which led to backlash. In response, Kim Sae Ron's family filed a complaint, stating the video was defamatory and misrepresented the truth.
