Mint and Ginger Iced Tea Recipe

There is no more refreshing thing than tea after a long busy day. Even in summer, a glass of spicy ice tea can be the best way to quench thirst. Try ginger and mint ice tea, which can immediately refreshed your senses. To make this easy drink, you just need ginger, mint leaves, tea bags, lemon and you are ready. It can be prepared in just 10 minutes. Ginger contains very high antioxidants which can help increase the body's immunity. This can help reduce stress and anxiety. So people usually drink ginger tea. Peppermint is a calm herb that improves digestion. Lemon rich in vitamin C can also serve as a detoxifying agent. In addition, it protects the body from many types of infections. This ice tea is very tasty due to ingredients like lemon juice, aromatic mint leaves, ginger and honey. It can be garnished with mint leaves or lemon pieces and served cold. When your children come home after playing, give them this drink. This will give them energy and relax their body. Try this drink now and enjoy it with your loved ones.

1/4 cup dry ginger

4 green tea bags

6 mint leaves

4 cups of water

3 tbsp honey

2 teaspoons lemon juice

4 lemon

10 snow pieces, boil 1 water and ginger

To make this ice tea, take water in a pan and add dry ginger to it. Let the mixture boil well.

Remove the pan from the heat. Next, put this mixture in a jar and pour tea bags. Let the tea bag boil for a while. Once the mixture comes to normal room temperature. Remove tea bags and tap the mint leaves and pour them into tea. Keep the drink in the fridge for some time.

Garnish step 3 and serve cold!

Next, take serving glass, add tea using a sieve. Then add lemon juice and honey. Add some ice pieces and garnish with mint leaves and lemon slices
