In India, we get to eat many delicious dishes, but recently many Indian breads have made it to the list of Test Atlas in the '50 Best Bread' list of Test Atlas. However, Butter Garlic Naan has secured the first position in this list. Many other breads of different countries have also made their place in this list.
After the Test Atlas received a 4.7 rating, Indian Brad topped the chart. The official website of Test Atlas told about the bread. "Butter Garlic Naan is a traditional flatbread and one of the most popular versions of Naan. It is made from flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and curd. Once the dough is cooked in a hot oven, the golden naan is taken out and butter or ghee is applied to it, then chopped garlic is poured over it. "Butter Garlic Nan is advised to serve with various Indian cuisine such as curry, butter chicken, dal makhani, malai kofta or royal cheese."
Everyone's favorite Amritsari Kulcha finished second, while South Indian Brad Parota finished sixth. The list also includes other breads. In which Naan is in eighth place, Paratha in 18th place, and Bhatura in 26th place. Apart from this, there is also Aloo Naan, which secured 28th position, and good old Indian bread is in 35th position.
Material
• 4 चम्मच दही
• 2 cups of filled dough
• 4 pinch salt
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 2 teaspoons garlic paste
• 2 teaspoons melted butter
• 2 fist chopped coriander leaves
• 4 tablespoons butter
• First take a big bowl and add flour, salt and baking powder to it. Then add melted butter, curd, garlic paste, coriander leaves and water in the bowl.
• Knead the dough well and knead thick and flexible dough and leave it for about 30 minutes. Make small dough balls and roll them. After rolling, brush some water from the top.
• To cook naan, heat a pan on medium flame, place rolled naan on it and cook until light brown spots come from both sides.
• Then apply some butter on top and sprinkle a little green coriander on the naan. Serve hot with the vegetable of your choice.
