Kim Kardashian plans to change the custody agreement after Kanye West releases a new song with daughter North's voice

Kim Kardashian might be preparing to take her ex-husband Kanye West to court over the custody of their children.
According to a report from RadarOnline.com, Kim is considering removing Kanye’s joint custody rights after he ignored their legal agreement and released a song featuring their daughter North West’s voice.
The situation got tense after Kanye released a track called Lonely Roads Still Go to Sunshine, even though he had agreed not to. North, who is 11 years old, can be heard rapping on the song. Kim and Kanye had gone through mediation with their lawyers to make sure North wouldn’t be featured on any song Kanye put out. They had an agreement in place, but Kanye reportedly didn’t stick to it.
The new song not only features North but also includes a phone conversation between Kanye and Sean “Diddy” Combs. Diddy is currently in jail facing serious charges, including racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking. In the song, Diddy thanks Kanye for looking out for his kids, and Kanye responds by telling him how much he loves him and how Diddy raised him “even when I didn't know you.”
Kim, 44, was said to be very firm that North should not be part of the project. As part of their divorce settlement, Kim and Kanye are supposed to share equal decision-making power regarding their four children—North, Saint (9), Chicago (7), and Psalm (5). They’re also required to settle disagreements through private mediation before taking legal action, according to TMZ.
Last week, both sides, along with their lawyers Laura Wasser (for Kim) and Patrick DeCarolis (for Kanye), met in mediation. They came to an agreement that North wouldn’t appear on Kanye’s song. But Kanye released the track soon after, breaking their deal. He also posted on X (formerly Twitter), saying, “THE MAN MAKES THE FINAL DECISION.”
Now, Kim is reportedly thinking about going back to court. Although she still wants her kids to have a relationship with their father, she’s concerned about protecting them. Sources say physical custody hasn’t been a big issue because Kanye—who’s now married to Bianca Censori, 30—doesn’t spend much time with the children anyway.
According to RadarOnline.com, Kim is carefully weighing her legal options as this custody battle may be heating up.
