1 cup Hung Curd

1/2 cup snowflake

Black salt as required

1 tbsp chopped ginger

1 cucumber

1 handful coriander leaf

Pepper

Step 1 Wash and cut the vegetables

To make this easy recipe, first wash and clean coriander leaves, cucumber, ginger and cut them well.

Step 2 Blend yogurt

Next, take a blender and insert it into the Hung Curd. You can also use normal yogurt with ice pieces. Blend it thoroughly twice or until it is foamy.

Step 3 Serve Cold

Finally, add coriander leaves, ginger, cucumber and spices and blend again and serve cold.
