Cucumber – Half a cup
Green chili – 1 chopped

– Take 2 slices of bread first. Cook the remaining dal of the night by adding ghee to the pan so that it becomes thick like a paste.
– Mix chaat masala, coriander leaves, lemon juice and keep it aside. Put a layer of lentils well on bread slices.
Now finely chop onion, tomato, cucumber, green chillies, coriander leaves etc. Put first onion, then tomato, cucumber one by one on the bodied bread slices with lentils.
– Add green chili and chopped coriander leaves on top. Put cheese slices on top of it. If you want, you can also put salt on the vegetables.
By the way, there will be salt in the lentils, so if you do not add it. Sprinkle chili flakes and organo on top. Now keep the second bread slices and press it well.
– Place the pan on the gas stove. Add butter to it. Now add sandwich and roast from both sides. If it turns golden brown, take it out in a plate.
