All Models to See a 3% Increase, Effective April 2025

Hyundai and Honda (News Media) New Delhi: Hyundai India and Honda have decided to raise the prices of their vehicles. This decision comes in response to rising input costs and logistics expenses. Both manufacturers will implement a price increase of up to 3% across all models.

Impact on Consumers

The new pricing will take effect from April 2025, directly impacting consumers, particularly those considering purchasing a new vehicle. Notably, this follows similar announcements from Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, and Kia India regarding their own price hikes.

Previous Price Adjustments

Hyundai Motor, the South Korean automaker, announced on March 19 that it would increase vehicle prices by up to 3% starting in April. This decision was made due to rising input costs, increased commodity prices, and higher operational expenses. The extent of the price increase will vary based on models and variants. Earlier in January, the company had raised prices by as much as ₹25,000.

Honda's Price Increase Details

Similarly, Honda has announced a price increase for all its models available in the Indian market. However, the exact amount of the increase has not yet been disclosed. It is anticipated that Honda may also raise prices by up to 3%, following the trend set by other manufacturers. Previously, in January, Honda had implemented a 2% price hike due to rising input and operational costs, with the new increases varying by model and variant.
