Medical store operator Ravi Singh told Local 18 that for opening a medical store, any person needs a B Pharma and D Pharma degree from a degree college recognized by the Bihar Pharmacy Council. After that, you will have to put up the agreement paper of the shop where you want to open the medical store. For this, you will have to get your PAN card, Aadhar card and B Pharma and D Pharma degree verified by the drug inspector and RL in all districts.

The medical store operator further told Local 18 that for this, first the drug inspector will inspect your store. For this, you should have about 300 sq ft of empty space. After that, your documents are verified from the police station. If all the documents are correct, then you are issued a license. For this, a challan of Rs 3000 has to be deposited in the department.
