Yellowness in the eyes - One of the symptoms of vitamin B12 deficiency is yellowness in the eyes. Due to the deficiency of this vitamin, the white part of the eyes starts turning yellow. 

Mouth ulcers - If you get frequent and excessive mouth ulcers, then this is also a symptom of vitamin B12 deficiency. When mouth ulcers appear, it becomes difficult to eat and drink anything and there is pain too.

  • The body also gets Vitamin B12 by consuming soy milk. 
  • To get vitamin B12, carrot and beetroot juice can be consumed. This juice helps in maintaining good health. 
  • To get vitamin B12, you can drink green vegetable juice. Coconut water can also be made a part of your diet.
