Apply these things to get relief from itching

Skin problems begin as soon as the summer season arrives. Intense sunlight, sweating and humidity can make the skin dry, oily and itchy. In this season, skin rashes, burning and itching are common problems. Which makes it very important to deal with. If you are also troubled by itchy skin in summer, then you should adopt natural remedies.

Whenever it comes to skin care, the name of Aloe vera gel comes first. Aloe vera has anti -inflammatory and antibacterial properties. Which relaxes the skin and helps reduce itching. But if some special things are mixed with it, then its effect increases even more. Let us know what things should be mixed with aloe vera when itching in the skin in summer.

Mix these things with aloe vera to get relief from itching in summer

1. Aloe vera and neem leaves

Neem has antibacterial and antifungal properties. Which helps to relieve infection and itching from the skin. First of all, grind 10-15 neem leaves and make a paste. Add 2 tablespoons of fresh aloe vera gel to it. Apply this mixture on the itchy area and leave it for 15-20 minutes. Then wash it with cold water.

2. Aloe vera and turmeric

Turmeric is naturally rich in antiseptic and anti -inflammatory properties. Which helps in relieving itching and irritation on the skin. For this, you have to take 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder. Then add 2 tablespoons of aloe vera gel and mix well. Apply it on the affected area and wash it after 15 minutes.

3. Aloe vera and rose water

Rose water cools the skin and relieves itching. For this, add 1 teaspoon rose water to 2 teaspoons of aloe vera gel. Apply it gently on the itchy area. The skin will absorb it well and the itching problem will be reduced.

4. Aloe vera and coconut oil

Coconut oil gives deep moisture to the skin and relieves itching. For this, you have to mix 2 teaspoons of aloe vera gel with 1 teaspoon pure coconut oil. After this, apply it on the itchy area before bedtime. You have to leave it all night and wash it after waking up in the morning.

5. Aloe vera and cucumber juice

Cucumber is also a good option to reduce swelling and itching. Cucumber juice cools the skin and reduces inflammation. For this, you just have to mix 2 teaspoons of aloe vera gel in 1 teaspoon cucumber juice. Then leave this mixture on the skin and wash it after 20 minutes.
