In Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh, the DM ordered the police to take out the body after 7 months in the Firit murder case. The police have taken out the body of again from the grave and sent it for postmortem. The father of the deceased Firit had demanded strict action against the son's killers, pleading for justice from the court. After which the court ordered the police to file a case against the four accused of the village itself. The family says that four people of the village came to greed and killed their son.
Firjas, who lives in Nehata village of Sambhal, was killed on 29 August 2024. Due to the negligence of the police and the administration, neither an FIR was lodged in the case nor the body was done post -mortem. The family had buried the body of son Firit in the village cemetery, helpless in front of the system. The family alleged that his son was murdered by Ansar, Dilshad, Idrish and Rashid in greed.
The family alleges that by implicating Firgatha in a deception, the accused had taken a deserted place, where he was murdered together. After the murder, the accused tried to make the case appear to the accident. After the death of the son, the family pleaded for justice, but he did not take any action. After this, Shahabuddin, the father of the deceased, approached the court.
The court, while hearing the case, ordered the police to file a case against the four accused on 11 February 2025. However, even after this, the process of justice looked incomplete. The post -mortem of the dead body was not done. To get the post -mortem of the dead body a post -mortem, the family had given a letter to the DM on March 19, sought permission to conduct a post -mortem. On which the DM has given his permission.
After the permission of the DM, the police have taken out the body of the youth from the tomb and sent it for postmortem. After 7 months, the body was completely melted due to removal of the body. There was only bones left in the body. Father Shahabuddin said that he has struggled a lot for the son. Now we hope that the truth will be revealed in the PM report, which will punish the accused. Police and family are now waiting for the PM report in the whole case.
Police say that if the murder is confirmed in the report, the strict action will be taken against the accused. As soon as the matter was known, the father of the deceased Shahabuddin said that Firrat's friendship was with Ansar of the village itself. Ansar introduced Firjat to Rashid, Idrish and Dilshad. Dilshad works as a witchcraft, told his friend Ansar that he can bring 10 kg of gold buried in Lakhi Bagh Fort Shahabad Rampur with his witchcraft to his village Nehta Jarat, but for this he will have to sacrifice someone.
The family alleges that after this, on August 29, Ansar called Firijat and said that come to Bahjoi Road Nehta Jarat. From there, they break the leaves for the goat. The father further told that after this, the accused brutally murdered him. After this, Ansar and Idrish in a bruised condition reached his house with Firg herit, where they told the family that Firgatha was injured in the accident. Seeing the son in a bled condition, the family is very upset and he immediately took him to the hospital, where the doctors declared Firgas dead after investigation.
