The success story of the company’s owner Ved Ram Nagar is an inspiration for many entrepreneurs. He worked tirelessly to make Paras a brand that directly competes with dairy giants Amul and Mother Dairy. Currently Paras Dairy produces approximately 3.6 million liters of milk each day. Let’s explore the success story of Ved Ram Nagar and his company Paras Dairy. It All Started With Selling 60 Liters of Milk The journey began with selling 60 liters of milk door to door. The company’s founder Ved Ram Nagar started as a milkman selling milk on a bicycle at the age of 27. After 20 years of selling milk he established a firm in 1980. Through his sheer hard work Paras Dairy has grown into a brand worth thousands of crores. First Milk Manufacturing Unit Nagar started milk and milk products manufacturing unit in the year 1984 with the name VRS Food. After three years in 1987 he a milk plant in Sahibabad. In 1992 another plant was launched in Gulavathi Bulandshahr. After a few years of sheer hard work the company’s business gained momentum and in 2004 the work was expanded to Madhya Pradesh’s Gwalior building a milk plant in the city too. Nagar passed away in 2005. In 2008 the company was renamed Vedram and Sons Private Limited. Currently it operates in Madhya Pradesh in addition to Uttar Pradesh. The dairy business produces and sells 3.6 million liters of milk each day. Originating from Khekra Baghpat in Uttar Pradesh the sons of Vedram Nagar are now gaining significant recognition in the healthcare and real estate sectors.
