Ingredients to make healthy noodles
Wheat or multigrain noodles – 1 cup
Carrot – ½ cup
Capsicum – ½ cup
Beans – ¼ cup
Cabbage – ½ cup
Sweet corn – ¼ cup
Tomato puree – 2 tbsp
Garlic – 2-3 cloves
Onion – ½ cup
Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
Tomato sauce – 1 tbsp
Olive oil or ghee – 1 tbsp
Salt – as per taste
Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp
Oregano / mixed herbs – ½ tsp
Method
To make healthy noodles, first of all, you have to choose the right noodles. For this, use flour or multigrain noodles instead of noodles made of refined flour. First of all, put it in water and boil it. To boil the noodles, add a little oil and salt to the water. The oil in the water will not let the noodles stick.
After boiling the noodles for 5 minutes, strain it and take it out. After filtering it with water, apply a little oil to the noodles so that it does not stick.
Now it is time to prepare the vegetables, so for this, first of all put some ghee or olive oil in a pan. Now add garlic and onion and fry it. When the onion turns golden, put all the vegetables together in the pan and fry well.
Now add soy sauce, tomato puree, tomato sauce, salt, black pepper and herbs. Now mix everything well and then let it cook for 1-2 minutes. Now add boiled noodles and toss well so that all the flavors mix well. Now keep it covered for two to three minutes and then serve hot.
