Poha – 1 cup (washed and softened)
Boiled Potato – 2 (Mashed)
Carrots – 4 cups (grated)
Shimla Chilli – 4 cups (finely chopped)
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Green chili – 2 (finely chopped)
Coriander leaf – 2 tablespoons (finely chopped)
Cumin Powder – ½ tsp
Coriander powder – ½ tsp
Hot Masala – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – ½ tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Gram flour or bread crumbs – 2 tablespoons (for binding)
Salt – as per taste
Oil – to fry shello

To make it, first wash the poha with water and keep it covered for 5 minutes, so that it becomes soft.
Now add mashed potatoes, soft poha and chopped vegetables (carrots, capsicum, onion, green chillies, coriander leaves) in a large bowl.
