Material (I'm Kebab Recipe)

  • Soy chunks – 1 cup
  • Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Tomato – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Green chilly – 2 (finely chopped)
  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  • cumin powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Spice – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Green coriander – 1 tablespoon (finely chopped)
  • Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
  • Salt – As per taste
  • Oil – To fry

Method (I'm Kebab Recipe)

  • First of all boil soy chunks. For this, heat water in a pan and add soy chunks to it and boil it for 5-7 minutes. Then filter it out and squeeze it well and remove the excess water.
  • Now heat a little oil in a pan and add finely chopped onion and fry it. When the onion becomes golden, add ginger-garlic paste to it and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • Then add finely chopped tomatoes and green chillies and let it cook for 5 minutes.
  • Now add boiled soy chunks in this mixture and mix well. Then add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, chaat masala, salt and lemon juice and mix well.
  • Let the mixture cool down. Then make tikki in the shape of small kebabs.
  • Now heat the oil in a pan and fry the kebabs till it becomes golden and crisp.
  • Serve hot soy kebabs with green chutney or tomato sauce.
