Through the two flats sold by Akshay Kumar, he has benefited very strongly. Akshay bought this property years ago and has now sold them for a higher price. His flat was in Oberoi Sky City in Borivali in Mumbai. The deal took place only in March 2025.
Akshay Kumar Has sold two of its apartments together. He bought a flat that is spread over 1,080 sq ft, he bought for Rs 2.82 crore in November 2017, which has now been sold for Rs 5.35 crore. Due to this, he has benefited from a total of Rs 2.53 crore (89 percent). The deal was charged with a registration fee of Rs 30,000 and stamp duty of Rs 32.1 lakh.
While another apartment which was bought for Rs 67.19 lakh in 2017, has now been sold by the actor for Rs 1.25 crore. Spread over 252 sq ft, he has made a profit of Rs 57.81 lakh (86 percent) from this flat. It also has a registration fee of Rs 30 thousand and stamp duty was paid Rs 7.5 lakh.
