Lucknow: A girl running to save her books as bulldozers raze huts in Uttar Pradesh's Ambedkar Nagar. The video has gone viral on social media. It could be seen that another hut near the girl's hut. In the video, the girl is seen rushing into her thatched hut and came out running with her books as officials stood outside her hut which she feared was next in the line.
Media reports stated the girl studied at a nearby primary school. "My books and copies would have been burnt if I had not gone there and brought my satchel out...I would not have been able to continue my studies," the girl said, as per a Deccan Herald report.
The video shows a hut near the girl's house in flames as officials look for water to douse the blaze.

SP Chief Akhilesh Yadav meanwhile criticised the BJP's Yogi Government and said, "In UP's Ambedkar Nagar, an administrative officer is demolishing people's huts to show off his power and a girl is forced to run to save her books. These are the same BJP people who say: Save daughters, educate daughters!"
Reacting to the post, the Ambedkarnagar DM said the girl's house was not demolished and the said JCB was made using Artificial Intelligence.
"It is also to be informed that the house from which this girl is coming out with the book has not been demolished and the JCB shown behind the girl has been made with the help of Artificial Intelligence and it is being promoted," the X handled of Ambedkarnagar DM posted.
