Prasanna Sankar, the owner of the $10 billion company, has made serious allegations against his wife of infidelity, false accusations and trying to forcibly take his son to America.
On the social media platform X, he wrote, "My name is Prasanna, the man who founded Rippling, a $10 billion company. But I am currently going through the divorce process. I am currently hiding outside Tamil Nadu, hiding from the Chennai police."
I met my wife in college
Prasanna Shankar, born and brought up in Chennai, further wrote that I met my wife Divya Shashidhar while studying at NIT Trichy. I was India's number 1 coder. Later I went to America to start my technology company. We have been married for 10 years and we also have a 9-year-old son. But recently I came to know that my wife is cheating on me and has been in a relationship with a man named Anup for six months. After which our marriage broke up.
Prasanna further said that he came to know about this affair from Anoop Kuttisankaran's wife. Anoop's wife sent him the proof of the conversation and hotel bookings between them.
The WhatsApp chat that went viral looks like this
Divya messaged Anup, "Can you buy and keep XL size condoms for me? These can be found at Guardian, Watsons or 7-Eleven. These are all convenience stores. Don't reply to these messages, I am deleting them right now."
According to the chat, the hotel booking was done for two people in the name of Anup Kuttisankaran. But the guest's email ID is that of Divya Shashidhar.
Prasanna further wrote, "After this, we both were discussing the issue of how many million dollars I would have to give her after the divorce. She was unhappy with this and filed a false case of domestic violence against me. Later she made false allegations that I leaked her nude videos and raped her a month ago. Singapore police have investigated these allegations and acquitted me of all these charges. When I applied for divorce in India, Divya filed a divorce in America to recover more money."

Dispute over son
Prasanna claimed that after this his wife tried to take their 9-year-old son to America to help her in the divorce case. Against whom I filed a case of international child kidnapping in the American court. In this case, the court ruled in my favor and ordered the return of the son.
After this, we both agreed that I will give her Rs 9 crore and Rs 4.3 lakh as alimony every month. It was also agreed in this agreement that they will share the custody of the son 50/50. Under the agreement, the son's passport was to be kept in a common locker so that Divya could not take him to America again. But Divya refused to accept this condition and threatened to go to America again and file for divorce.
There was a ruckus in the hotel at 10 pm
Prasanna further wrote that Divya reached her son's hotel at 10 pm to meet him. But I did not let her meet him. After this she called the police and filed a case of kidnapping of the son against me. At night the police knocked on the door of my hotel room, but I managed to escape with my son.
