ICSI CS Registration: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has opened the registration window for the CS Executive and CS Professional June 2025 exam with a late fee from March 26, 2025. Candidates who did not apply earlier can now apply through the official website icsi.edu or the SMASH portal till April 9, 2025. Since this is the second and last deadline for registration, candidates will have to pay a late fee of Rs 250.

The exam will be held from June 1 to June 10

The CS Executive and CS Professional exam will be conducted between June 1 and June 10, 2025. The exam will be available in both English and Hindi languages, allowing candidates to choose the language at their convenience. This additional deadline given by ICSI will benefit many students, allowing them to get the opportunity to appear in the exam. Candidates are advised not to wait for the last date and complete their application as soon as possible.

Fees for Executive and Professional Programme

The examination fee for the Company Secretary (CS) June 2025 exam has been fixed. Executive Programme candidates will have to pay Rs 1500 per group and Professional Programme candidates will have to pay Rs 1800 per module/group. Candidates who missed the earlier date of application will have to pay a one-time fee of Rs 250 as a late fee.

Fees for changing exam center, module, and medium

If a candidate wishes to change his/her exam centre, module, medium or optional subject, then a fee of Rs 250 per change will have to be paid for this. Apart from this, if a candidate wishes to add new groups/modules to the exam, then a service charge of Rs 250 will also be charged for this. At the same time, candidates who want to take the exam from a foreign exam center (Dubai) will have to pay US $ 100 or an equivalent amount in Indian rupees in addition to the general exam fee.

Those who get more than 60% marks will get an automatic exemption
ICSI has announced the exemption rules for the CS June 2025 exam. Candidates who have scored 60% or more marks in the December 2024 exam will automatically get a paper-wise exemption. Under this exemption, they will be exempted from taking the exam in those subjects in which they have obtained the prescribed marks.

Last date for cancellation of exemption 1 May 2025
If a candidate does not want to avail this exemption and wants to take the exam in all the papers, he has to apply through the SMASH portal by 4:00 pm on May 1, 2025.
