If you are fitness enthusiastic, then this dish can prove to be perfect for you. Because it is low calorie and high protein. Therefore, you will not have tension to increase weight by consuming it.
2 cups of cold milk
2 tablespoons daily syrup (soul Afza or rose syrup)
2 tablespoons Faluda Sevai (boiled)
1 tablespoon sago seeds (soaked in water about 10-15 minutes)
1 scoop vanilla or kulfi ice cream
1 tablespoon chopped almonds and pistachios
1/2 tsp daily water (optional)
1 tablespoon sugar (if required)
Method:
First soak sago seeds (Basil seeds/sabza) in water for 10-15 minutes.
Add syrup and cold milk to a glass and mix well.
Now add boiled Faluda Sevai and soaked sago seeds.
Add a scoop vanilla or kulfi ice cream over above.
Garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios.
Serve cold-thundered Faluda and enjoy this delicious drink!
Tips:
To make it even more tasty, you can add rose jelly or broken fruity to it.
Chocolate lovers can also add some chocolate syrup to it.
If you like more creamy, you can add some condensed milk to milk.
